The article is devoted to the issues of transfer of funds from the deposit account of the arbitration court within the framework of arbitration proceedings. The legal grounds and procedure for transfer of funds in accordance with the Arbitration Procedure Code (APC RF) are considered. The requirements to the documents necessary for making payments, as well as the peculiarities of non-cash settlements are analysed. Special attention is paid to the rules of interaction with the accounting department of the court prescribed in the Resolution of the Plenum of the Supreme Arbitration Court of the Russian Federation.
