The purpose of the study is to reveal language techniques and ways of displaying verbal aggression in Internet memes. The article describes the properties of Internet memes, which explain their popularity and relevance in society, the language techniques with which they are created. The examples show how, with the help of oxymoron, parechesis, irony, sarcasm, oxymoron, allusion, an aggressive assessment of various social topics is formed in creolized Internet texts. This is the novelty of the study.
