Article is devoted to features of carrying out criminalistic transaction of the conclusion of the pre-judicial cooperation agreement on the crimes connected with illicit trafficking in drugs and psychotropic substances. The analysis of practice of the conclusion of the pre-judicial cooperation agreement with the persons who committed a crime in the sphere of illicit trafficking in drugs, and also the points of view of scientific criminalists on concepts criminalistic operation, and features of its carrying out at the conclusion of the pre-judicial agreement is carried out.

Article is devoted to concept of criminalistic operation. Various points of view of famous scientists-criminalists about concept of criminalistic operation, its structure and classification are analyzed. Various approaches to use of the terms "operation" and "combination" which analysis allows to formulate the views of this criminalistic category are noted.
