THE PROCEDURE FOR COLLECTING EXPENSES FOR THE SERVICES OF A DEFENDER WHEN CONSIDERING CASES BY THE COURTS ABOUT ADMINISTRATIVE OFFENSES

The article discusses the approach established in judicial practice to the recovery of expenses for a representative by a person in respect of whom the case of an administrative offense has been terminated. Also, legal costs specified in other procedural codes are analyzed, their comparison with the Code of Administrative Offenses of the Russian Federation, and proposals are made to change legislation.
