The working elements of mining machines and mechanisms operating in the extreme climatic conditions of the North, during alluvial diamond mining, are subject to increased wear. Due to the wear of the cutting parts of earthmoving equipment, the effort of machinery to loosen the soil increases, the loads on individual parts and the machine as a whole increase, labor productivity decreases, the number of downtime and the cost of repairing worn parts increase. The introduction of scientifically proven effective technologies for recycling worn parts in order to obtain finished products in the form of ripper crowns is a urgent task.
