The article addresses the pressing issue of utilizing information and communication technologies in foreign language education. It elucidates the concept of mobile learning and examines its advantages in teaching foreign languages. The article provides a brief overview of mobile applications for learning English and discusses the experience of their use in students' independent work. Special attention is given to analyzing the functionalities of modern educational platforms and applications, their impact on the development of language competencies, as well as methodological aspects of integrating mobile technologies into the educational process. The prospects for the development of mobile learning and its role in creating individualized educational pathways are considered.
