The article analyzes the results of research into the problem of implementing an effective contract in the practice of assessing the quality of the activities of scientific and pedagogical workers of a particular institution, namely the impact of an effective contract on the final results of the work of the faculty. The author points out that there is no influence of an effective contract on motivation to increase the professionalism of teachers.
