The article shows the relevance of the study of the impact of electronic gadgets on the development of preschool children. This article gives a theoretical analysis of sources representing the results of studies of this problem area. A review of published articles on the problem of the interaction of children and electronic gadgets revealed its relevance (for parents and teachers, psychologists, methodologists), and this relevance is determined by a number of contradictions. The results of an empirical study of preschoolers using electronic gadgets are shown, as well as recommendations to parents.
