The article describes the research activity of the influence of the Internet and gadgets on the psychological and emotional state of preschoolers. The technology for limiting the time children use gadgets is reflected.
The article deals with the problems of the formation of moral qualities of cadets. The pedagogical techniques of their formation and development are shown. The analysis of modern research on this issue is carried out. Promising approaches to stimulating the development of the moral qualities of the cadets' per-sonality are systematized.

The article examines the use of observation as a diagnostic method in preschool education. It emphasizes the importance of systematic and purposeful observation of children in their natural environment, which allows for the identification of their individual characteristics, social skills, and emotional states. Various approaches to organizing observations are discussed, including individual and group methods, as well as the significance of analyzing the collected information for planning the educational process. The article also highlights the role of observation in interaction with parents and in creating conditions for an individualized approach to each child, contributing to their personal and social development.
This article examines the actual problem of professional burnout of teachers and its impact on the personal development of students. According to the World Health Organization, the teaching profession is one of the three leaders in the prevalence of burnout syndrome (CMEA). The emotional state of the teacher is a key condition for the formation of the psychological safety of the class. The problem of professional burnout is not only an individual psychological phenomenon, but also a systemic factor that destabilizes the educational environment. Special attention is paid in the article to the views of great teachers (K.D. Ushinsky, A.S. Makarenko, V.A. Sukhomlinsky) – authors on the role of teachers in creating a favorable educational environment and preventing the negative consequences of emotional exhaustion. Practical recommendations on prevention of burnout and maintenance of psychological well-being of teachers are offered.
