PSYCHOLOGICAL AND PEDAGOGICAL REQUIREMENTS FOR REWARDS AND PUNISHMENTS OF ELEMENTARY SCHOOL CHILDREN
The article reveals the relevance of the problem of the teacher's evaluation activity in his work with children. Theoretical analysis of the literature on the research problem is given, the methodology of rewards and punishments as a means of pedagogical correction is revealed. The authors present the results of a study of the implementation of psychological and pedagogical requirements for rewards and punishments of children of primary school age on the basis of High school № 18 of the Krasnodar Territory using the questionnaire method for pupils, teachers, parents (questionnaire "Styles of Pedagogical Influences" by N. A. Aminova, N. I. Shelikhova, questionnaire for parents "Encouragement and punishment in raising a child") and observations. Analysis of the results of the study allows the authors to conclude that there is a problem of a spiritual and moral nature, the connection between children and parents is lost. The use of methods of encouragement and punishment should be based on the principles of humanism, in which care should be taken for the growth of the individual. The leader should be the method of encouragement, the auxiliary method should be punishment. In conclusion, the authors formulated pedagogical rules for the use of rewards and punishments, corresponding to the current stage of development of education.
