The article examines the practice of using an artificial intelligence program to achieve text readability when writing a formal letter using the ProWritingAid program. The study proved that the ProWritingAid program, created on the basis of artificial intelligence, is one of the best services for checking and editing manuscripts translated into English. It is distinguished by the fastest speed in comparison with similar programs, also in terms of translating formal letters. The article proves that the ProWritingAid program helps to significantly improve the quality of the text of a formal letter after its translation by correcting errors and correct use of words and phrases.
