The article discusses ways to use the digital speckle photography method to assess the degree of bio-damage to aviation fuel. One of the criteria that can be used as the main parameters of speckle photographs is presented, according to which it is possible to quantify the degree of bio-damage to aviation fuel. The results of an experimental study of the developed method for determining the bio-contamination of an aviation fuel sample with the fungus Hormoconis resinae are obtained.
