The article presents some ways and methods of transferring the earth’s surface to a plane in the form of topographic plans and maps. Most of them require a scientific approach when choosing the types and methods of scanning land plots, creating and using technical means to increase the accuracy, efficiency, and density of information when creating topographic maps.
