The article presents a model of three-way interaction between the psychological service of a university, employees of a preschool educational institution and parents of a preschooler. The implementation of this model allows us to qualitatively improve the level of training of preschool education specialists. This model opens up opportunities for them to communicate with parents of preschool children from the position of ex-perts in matters of the child’s psychological safety in the information environment.
