The article reviews international experience in the implementation of investment projects in the development of logistics infrastructure, identifies the main problems of international projects and provides recommendations for solving these problems. The authors define the conditions for investment in logistics infrastructure development projects in the Russian Federation and perform a comparative analysis of the total volume of investment in public infrastructure projects in Russia and other countries. The peculiarities of investments in the port industry of Russia are highlighted.
