In the article, the author considers the problems of inheritance of certain types of property under the legislation of the Russian Federation and the emerging judicial practice in this area. The object of the study is the social relations that develop in the process of implementing the civil law institution of inheritance of certain types of property in the Russian Federation. The subject of the research is the legal problems of inheritance of certain types of property under the legislation of the Russian Federation. The study used: general scientific dialectical, systemic, comparative legal, historical, logical, formal legal methods of scientific knowledge. The author studied the concept of inheritance, considered the features of inheritance of certain types of property in the Russian Federation and analyzed the evolution of the formation of inheritance law in Russia. The author made the following conclusion: the problems of legal regulation of the inheritance of certain types of property under the legislation of the Russian Federation are caused by the specifics of certain types of property included in the estate.

Within the framework of this article, certain issues of inheritance law related to commorientes are considered. It is established that at the level of the current Civil Code of the Russian Federation it is necessary to consolidate the concept of com-morientes. The author also concludes that it is necessary to consolidate the presump-tion that, in relation to the commorientes, the heir has consent to accept the inher-itance. The problems concerning hereditary legal relations with the participation of commorientes are analyzed.

As a minority in northern my country, the Uyghurs have created many artistic and cultural treasures during the transition period from an ancient nation to a modern nation, which have irreplaceable historical and cultural value. Uyghur musical instruments are an important part of my country's traditional culture, and they are constantly innovating in the cultural exchange and development of the ancient Silk Road, promoting Uyghur music and cultural exchanges. But today, the inheritance and development of Uyghur musical instruments is not optimistic. Taking the Uyghur musical instrument Dutar as an example, combined with the characteristics and inheritance laws of ethnic minority musical instru-ments, this paper proposes that living inheritance is an important path for the protection, inheritance and innovative development of Uyghur musical instruments. The protection and development of traditional cultures of other ethnic groups are equally Instructive.

The national costume is an important cultural symbol of the nation. The costume of each nation not only contains the historical and cultural tradition and aesthetic sentiment of the nation, but also embodies the ethnic consciousness and ethnic identity, which is one of the external symbols to distinguish each nation. Ethnic clothing is often closely related to the geographical environment, mode of production, history and culture of the ethnic life. However, with the development of modernization and urbanization, the mode of production and way of life have changed, and the original cultural soil for the survival of ethnic clothing has been impacted. Taking Mongolian costume as an example, this paper discusses the reasons and process of cultural change of ethnic costume in contemporary urban space, as well as the effective path of protection and inheritance.
