The article is devoted to consideration of the main aspects and procedures for initiating a case of an administrative offense. The author describes in detail the conditions under which a case can be initiated, and also examines the procedure for initiating a case, including drawing up protocols, drawing up a conclusion about the offense and transferring the case to a judicial authority.
