The article discusses the problems of quality management of pre-school education. The concept of "quality of education" in pre-school educational institution is disclosed, the processes of formation and development of the structure of quality management of education, ensuring its effective functioning are considered. Quality assessment of the basis of the teacher 's level of qualification should be built from "control to development" (A.G. Asmolov). It is very important to form a common understanding of what the quality of education is and what meaning should be put into this concept.
