the article analyzes the principles and mechanisms of development of clusters, taking into account their advantages, as a special form of territorial organization of production in Uzbekistan. The implementation of innovative business projects of economic development in the Republic of Uzbekistan must be considered from the point of view of the synergetic effect of interaction with academic institutions the interested participation of the state governments.

The article discusses which external and internal factors may influence the development of a financial plan for innovative projects at powder metallurgy enterprises. It also gives a general idea of what projects today may be considered as innovative projects in the field of powder metallurgy. The key indicators are calculated in the financial plan of the innovation project. The author gives general recommendations concerning financial planning and the enterprise as a whole, in order to minimize financial losses during the implementation of innovative projects.
