Implementation of protection of the rights of persons with disabilities in the law and social policy of the state

The article analyzes international, regional, and Russian legal acts regulating social support and protection of persons with disabilities. On the basis of the study, the conclusion is made about the principles of social policy of the Russian Federation implemented in relation to the disabled.
