Global instability caused by modern geopolitical challenges has a significant impact on the functioning of constitutional and legal systems. In the context of transnational threats such as military conflicts, cyber attacks, migration crises and climate change, States are forced to adapt constitutional norms to new realities. The article analyzes the nature of such changes, identifies key mechanisms for the transformation of constitutional law norms, and makes recommendations for their further improvement in the context of international turbulence.
