In the context of modern environmental challenges and climate change, ensuring environmental safety is one of the priority areas of the Government policy of the Kyrgyz Republic. This article is devoted to the analysis of the role of international law in the formation and implementation of environmental policy. The article discusses key international treaties and agreements that affect environmental safety, as well as their implementation into national legislation.

This article analyzes some theoretical issues of the implementation (incorporation, transformation) of international law and national foreign legislation in our legal system, as well as the practical implementation thereof. The need for further integration of state legal systems in the context of cooperation on transnational regulation of new relations in the field of artificial intelligence and digital technologies is noted.
