The article analyzes the procedure for exhumation in criminal proceedings. Various points of view of scientists on this investigative action are considered. Problems arising during the exhumation process have been identified. Using the example of investigative practice, the importance of exhumation in the investigation of criminal cases is noted.

This article examines the application of modern forensic capabilities in crime detection and investigation. Particular attention is paid to the legal basis for the use of various information tools established by the Constitution of the Russian Federation, the Criminal Procedure Code of the Russian Federation, the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation, the Criminal Executive Code of the Russian Federation, and special federal laws. The need for procedural verifiability of digital evidence, the preservation of individual rights, and judicial review is substantiated. Judicial practice confirming the importance of electronic media, personal data, and computer information for evidentiary purposes is analyzed.

This article examines the specifics of classifying and investigating crimes related to the illegal creation and circulation of pornographic materials involving minors. Particular attention is paid to the use of information and telecommunications networks, digital methods of engaging minors, recording electronic evidence, seizing digital media, and commissioning forensic examinations. The need to improve criminal law regulation is substantiated, taking into account the remote inducement of minors to independently produce prohibited materials.
