Using LLC «SK Vest» as a case study, this article analyzes the current production management system, identifying bottlenecks such as equipment downtime, inefficient logistics, inventory control issues, and high employee turnover. A set of measures to improve the efficiency of production process management was developed. Cost-benefit calculations confirmed the feasibility of the proposals: the discounted payback period is 1 year and 3 months.
