The article highlights the problem of purposeful management of the ethical culture of a teaching staff in the context of the modern education system, digitalization, and increasing social demands on teachers. Three key management strategies are identified: regulatory, educational, and value-oriented. The article provides a detailed description of a set of practical organizational, managerial, psychological, pedagogical, and motivational mechanisms that can be used to create a cohesive teaching staff with a high level of professional deontology.
