Keyword: «mathematical abilities»
the article presents a study on the problem of developing the ability to solve logical problems in elementary school students. The initial level of ability to solve logical problems is revealed and a method for their development is proposed.
The article deals with the problem of the development of mathematical abilities in primary school children in mathematics lessons. The subject, object, goals, objectives are identified and a research hypothesis is built. The theoretical aspects have been studied and analyzed. It also describes the results of identifying and developing mathematical abilities in children of primary school age using the developed didactic complex. The author has developed a didactic complex.
The article reveals the problem of the formation and development of mathematical abilities in older preschoolers based on the use of logical and mathematical games; substantiates the need for purposeful work, taking into account the developed complex of logical and mathematical games for the development of mathematical abilities in older preschool children; the content of work on identifying the level of development of mathematical abilities of older preschoolers is presented; a complex of logical and mathematical games is proposed, which effectively affects the development of mathematical abilities of older preschool children in the pedagogical process.
The article addresses the phenomenon of «clip thinking» and its destructive impact on the process of learning mathematics in the context of total digitalization. In our work, we present the results of a study conducted among students, parents, and teachers, which clearly demonstrate the «digital divide» between generations and the critical reduction of time for intellectual effort in modern adolescents. Special attention is paid to the problem of replacing algorithmic thinking with «navigation intelligence» and search strategies. Based on the obtained data, we propose practical ways to overcome the negative consequences of digitalization, including methods for training «slow thinking.»
