The article reflects the problem of deviant behavior among children and young people as a behavioral factor influencing health. The results of our own research are presented: the use of a questionnaire method together with the SAN methodology to analyze the impact of a new educational environment on the prevalence of maladaptive behavior among first-year students of a medical university. The issues of improving medical and social support in the changing conditions of modern times are considered.
