The purpose of this article is to analyze the effectiveness of the methods of teaching mathematics based on the regional-national component in the training of primary school teachers. The problem of the formation of principles for the implementation of the national-regional component in the context of open source software is considered. The authors reveal the peculiarities of the methodology first used in teaching students in the specialty 44.02.02 Teaching in primary grades. According to the results of the study, this training in the field of scientific and educational activities in the field of mathematics has significant pedagogical potential and productive outputs.
