The paper describes the main preconditions for the use of hardware and software platforms in the educational process of specialists for the automotive industry. The experience of the practical application of Arduino platform is described.
The article deals with the issue of creating an automated meteorological station based on the Raspberry Pi microcomputer using a sensor associated with the Arduino microcontroller. At the same time, access to the stored information is carried out through a mobile interface based on the nginx web server.
The article discusses the issues of optimizing working and personal time by implementing the capabilities of specialized technical devices. To do this, the authors propose to use automatic smart animal feeders as devices that control the consumption of food by a pet. The work covers various types of automatic feeders, as well as the principles of their operation. Particular attention is paid to the description of the scheme and principle of work developed by the authors of the automatic feeder based on the Arduino board. The relevance of the article is due to the lack of time in working people and, as a result, the constant forgetfulness to feed a pet.
Existing technologies for welding polyethylene pipes with embedded heaters allow welding in the ambient air temperature range from -10℃ to 40℃. In this article presents the results of the implementation of the technology developed at the Institute of Oil and Gas Research, Siberian Branch of the Russian Academy of Sciences, which makes it possible to weld polyethylene pipes using fittings with embedded heaters in an extended range of ambient temperatures from -50℃ to 40℃. A description is given of a prototype of a welding machine that allows welding for an extended temperature range. Using the developed software, the device performs the operations of preheating, temperature equalization, reflow and controlled cooling in automatic mode. A description of the technical implementation of the prototype welding machine for low temperatures is given and some test results of specimens welded by the prototype at low temperatures are shown.
