The article is devoted to the problems of personnel competitiveness management in the context of the formation of a model of personnel competencies as a way to ensure its competitiveness. The relevance of this study is due to several factors, including the positioning of personnel as a key resource of the enterprise, the recognition of employee competence as the dominant parameter of its competitiveness, as well as the lack of adequate methodological tools capable of adapting to changing business conditions.
