The problem of Blended Learning introduction along with New Federal State High Learning Programs 3++ into Russian high educational establishments take an interest of pedagogical community and become more topical and urgent because we need to arrange the instructional content and manage the pedagogical process distinctly. The objectives and goals of our research is projection and planning of a Blended Language Learning Model in a field of formal pedagogical education. In the article, we examine the Blended Learning technologies as a didactic tool to master the language competences. The examples of different Blended Learning models are shown. In addition, language Blended Learning advantages at university education are studied. The authors present an example of on-line course as a part of the basic educational program for “Foreign language course” at Volgograd State Social Pedagogical University.
