The article discusses diversity and multidimensionality in training modern specialists in managing apartment buildings (MC). It analyzes the need for comprehensive education to effectively perform their duties. The main areas of preparation are discussed, such as technical knowledge, legal training, economic component, and social responsibility. Examples illustrating the application of these skills in practice are given. It is emphasized that comprehensive training and development of multifaceted competencies are the basis of professionalism for a specialist in managing MC.
