The article examines the theoretical and practical aspects of the development of fine motor skills of preschool children using non-traditional drawing techniques. The influence of the development of fine motor skills on the formation of not only graphic skills necessary in the future when learning to write, but also on the development of speech, coordination, sensorimotor and cognitive functions is noted. The article presents a set of methodological recommendations and practical exercises that can be used by speech pathologists and teachers of preschool educational organizations to form a stable interest of children in creative activity and increase the effectiveness of correctional work. Non-traditional drawing techniques make it possible to form an integrated correctional and developmental complex covering several areas of child development at once, which allows them to be used in working with children with disabilities who need an individual approach.
