The conditions of transformation and improvement of the educational process in institutions of additional education in the context of solving the problems of the national project «Education» are considered. Key concepts of digital education are discussed. The resources of the innovative educational activities of the administration and teachers of additional education in the context of the development of its content and technologies are considered. The position is indicated that an important element of transformations in digital education is a teacher and his professional competence.
