The subject of the study is additional education in the system of Russian vocational education. The purpose of the study is to consider the main problems of its organization. It is shown that along with a number of advantages, there are also a number of difficulties and contradictions, including the contradiction between the need to develop forms and types of additional professional education and the lack of modern practical recommendations and methods for their development and implementation. It is proposed to introduce the academic discipline «Organization of additional education» into the curricula of pedagogical specialties. As an example, Methodological guidelines for practical classes in this discipline are presented, intended for students of the training direction 44.03.04 «Vocational training (by industry).

The article discusses the concepts of “corruption” and “anti-corruption training”. The level of anti-corruption in additional education organizations is emphasized and the role of implementing anti-corruption training of employees as part of the fight against corruption in the field of education is substantiated.
