The article considers the features of the organization of automated accounting of the release and sales of crop products in the standard configuration of the program "1C: Enterprise Accounting 3". It is proposed to group the data elements of the "Nomenclature" directory by types of production and types of products with the creation of an additional data element "cost deviation". The features of the accounting organization are that the costing differences identified during the reporting year are initially written off to the debit of account 43 "Finished goods" for the data element "cost deviation". At the end of the reporting period, the costing differences for the data element "cost deviation" in terms of sold products are written off to the debit of account 90 "Sales" – the planned cost of sales is brought to the actual cost of sales. The developed methodology for accounting for the release and sales of products allows you to eliminate errors in the automated accounting of the cost of sales and provides the ability to use the standard configuration of the program in the crop production industry of agricultural organizations.
