This article examines the specifics of classifying and investigating crimes related to the illegal creation and circulation of pornographic materials involving minors. Particular attention is paid to the use of information and telecommunications networks, digital methods of engaging minors, recording electronic evidence, seizing digital media, and commissioning forensic examinations. The need to improve criminal law regulation is substantiated, taking into account the remote inducement of minors to independently produce prohibited materials.
