The author conducted a comparative analysis of regional markets in terms of vacuum cleaners sale by means of creating cost estimation models within a comparative assessment approach. On the basis of correlation analysis, the main pricing factors were identified; the degree of influence upon vacuum cleaners price parameters in Saratov and Khabarovsk were compared; the evaluation model was constructed with the help of regression analysis; Goldfeld-Quandt and Durbin-Watson tests were conducted to check the models quality.

In the article the concepts of pricing for art objects in comparison with traditional pricing are considered, the main pricing factors acting on the art market are revealed, from the point of view of the theoretical justification.
This article describes the features of the interaction of price and quality of goods in the art market, one of the most complex and not fully studied components of a market economy. Considered dealer strategies for determining the price of art objects, specific pricing factors. A summary of a number of research papers on the pricing process has been made.
