In the article the author considers management as a training discipline, the object of which is the training of future professional managers as a consciously and purposefully carried out process. Traditional pedagogy has developed and tested successful training models for today's young people. However, management pedagogy has its own distinctive features, which are directly related to the ongoing changes in management in the second half of the twentieth century and in the first quarter of the nineteenth century in Russia and foreign countries. For this reason, the highlighting of con-ceptual provisions of management pedagogy in modern conditions of business development acquires particular relevance. The author offers an original interpretation of the stages of development of management pedagogy in the Russian Federation and in advanced foreign countries. In the con-clusion to article offers principles from which teachers of management in their pedagogical activity should be guided: 1) the principle of «2T»; 2) the principle of emotional intelligence; 3) the principle of «sudden attack»; 4) the principle of metacognition; 5) the principle of the Factory of the Future.
