The article reveals the technological potential of social partnership with a pedagogical university in developing the readiness of schoolchildren with disabilities for professional self-determination. The design features and content of pre-professional training are presented, modules of the career guidance mechanism for professional self-determination are described, each of which reveals the features of psychological and pedagogical support for people with disabilities in making a conscious choice of their future profession.
