Methodological project as a condition for the development of the components of teachers' professional activity

The article discusses the problems of improving the quality of students' education as a result of the development of the components of teachers' professional activity: motivational and value-based, knowledge-based, procedural and technological, and reflexive and evaluative; the main condition for the development of the components is the modernization of methodological work in an educational organization aimed at eliminating specific shortcomings identified in subject teachers.
