TEST CLUSTER OF TECHNICAL SYSTEMS AND MATERIALS SCIENCE FOR THE ARCTIC

This article is devoted to the implementation of an infrastructure project of creation of the international climate testing center based on the NEFU Proving Ground in the Yakutia ASEZ. The NEFU Proving Ground is a research and production enterprise for technical testing, research, innovation and methodological activities, primarily to determine the main characteristics and improving the reliability of vehicles technical operation, as well as related equipment, products and materials for them in Arctic conditions. A project for an indoor year-round test track is presented.
