The paper analyzes individual-typological and characterological features of patients with diabetes mellitus. The authors reflect the position of foreign and domestic scientists on the relationship of the individual features and the current conflict and disease; allocate general and specific personality traits of men and women. Statistically significant differences of character and personal features of both men and women are singled out.
