The article deals with the issues of ensuring the quality of tourist services in a pandemic. It is shown that in the new reality, the quality of tourist services is directly correlated with their safety. It is concluded that the safer the tourist and hotel products, the more attractive and competitive they become in a difficult epidemiological situation associated with the pandemic.
The article deals with the transformation of the concept of the quality of tourist services in a new reality. It is shown that the traditional understanding of the quality of services must be supplemented with special requirements for their safety. The restoration of tourist activity is associated with the spread and observance of new international standards for safe tourism.
