The article discusses the problem of healthy lifestyles popularization among students of a pedagogical university. Particular attention is paid to the rational diet of first-year students. The authors present forms, means of popularization, as well as the principles on which this work on introducing students to a healthy lifestyle, proper diet and physical activity should be based.
