In the article the problem of training of persons with disabilities, as well as opportunities and resources for distance education as the most appropriate and effective forms used in the training of such persons on the basis of their special status, in today's educational environment, using innovative information and communication technologies. Special attention is paid to the problem of inclusive education in Russia, the basic principles on which it is based, the opportunities and prospects it opened up for people with special needs or, as we more often called them, to persons with disabilities and the use of modern psychological and pedagogical practice of health-saving educational technologies.

The content of this scientific article is devoted to an actual modern problem – the problem of the development of modern digital technologies in education. In view of recent events, digital distance education has become in great demand, because it is an opportunity to study from anywhere in the world at any time. This article discusses modern digital computer technologies, which at the moment play a huge role both for the teaching staff of educational institutions and for students.
