Various aspects of competitive activity are analyzed, including preparation for the competition, interaction with colleagues, as well as the long-term impact of participation on the professional trajectory and personal development of a teacher. The article attempts to propose a system of work aimed at increasing the motivation and involvement of teachers in competitive activities.
