This article is devoted to the changes of requirements to school web-sites in accordance with Russian Federation Government decree dated 10 July 2013 № 582. The authors consider the list of mandatory requirements, also the authors examine compliance of school sites in Smolensk with the requirements of the law. In conclusion the authors assess the state of school sites of the city and describe the causes of such state.
