The article is devoted to the questions of transformation of education and younger generation education in rural areas. The author acquaints with the developed and already existing project of creation of a uniform socio-cultural complex in the village, which center is the school.

The article deals with the issues of social partnership between school and family in the field of education. Legal documents are analyzed, the roles of family and school as participants in the educational process are defined, the need for their interaction is indicated, also the conditions for its harmonious implementation are described. The ways of organizing the interaction of family and school are considered through extracurricular activities. Its relevance in the field of social partnership of school and family is indicated.
