The article is devoted to the possibilities of organizing educational work in the context of the spheral approach. Genesis of the approach in question and its development in different branches of science is revealed. It is shown that a sphere is a special communication environment, which leads to developing students’ experience in interaction and communication. The conclusion is drawn that the key peculiarity of the spheral approach is the perception of pedagogical phenomena being self-sufficient and rather independent.
